    Outsourcing to the United States on the Rise

    Most Americans think that outsourcing is the U.S work that has been going overseas because of the lower-cost countries and those of the developing countries like in India and Russia. But there are some people that have been interested in outsourcing especially in the small and medium sized businesses all over the world. And they have been turning to U.S-based talent. There are some reports that has been tackled about the homeshoring or the U.S-based companies that are hiring U.S-based freelancers. But as of now, they will be going to look and analyse the growth in overseas companies doing the same thing. On the previous year, they have seen more than 300% growth in the number of assigned works overseas companies which is outsourcing to the United States professional on oDesk. Since the year 2008, there are almost 700 U.S workers who have been hired by the overseas companies. Those jobs came from the countries like Jamaica, Norway, Egypt and Singapore. United kingdom is the top leading country outsourcing jobs to U.S workers and the next is Canada. Freelance web developers, virtual assistants, and freelance writers are the top categories of U.S professionals who are being hired on oDesk. Most businesses want to outsource their jobs to u.S based professionals because as of this moment, there are more U.S providers in oDesk which have been provided the buyers with variations of U.S based skills, talents and experience. In the month of December, there are more than 20,000 new U.S providers who signed up on oDesk. That is the largest monthly percentage increase since 2005. The U.S providers’ average score is higher than the oDesk average. Most companies and businesses go to places and destinations that have a cheaper costs. Outsourcing is really fantastic in providing the people with a great and decent jobs. Most of the overseas corporation realise that there is a substantial value in outsourcing to U.S workers. It is really a great news that outsourcing is going well in United States of America because it is really an incredible help in the economy of a certain country.
