Tropical Storm Danny formed north of Puerto Rico on August 26. Danny had a maximum sustained wind of at least 60 miles per hour. On August 26, Danny had a sustained winds of 45 miles per hour and was moving to the west-northwest direction at 18 miles per hour and as of 11 a.m. New York time, the storm’s center was located about 445 miles east of Nassau, Bahamas and about 775 miles south of Cape Hatteras, N.C. It is forecast to gain strength and to get stronger while it is heading toward the U.S. But Danny rather moved in the direction of North Carolina as a weak tropical storm. On August 29, Danny weakened into a tropical depression and became an extratropical storm. According to the reports, Danny would become a hurricane and might hit the U.S mainland but Danny did not become a hurricane. But even if it did not become a hurricane, the United States of America is still ready. That is one of the must important of all, to be prepared and ready at all times.
