A large number of Indian companies are outsourcing to the United States. Those of the large corporations that have grown in the India have been carried to the United States where the unemployment rate has increased. It is a good news for those people who are eager to have a job. They are desperate to have a decent job. Those struggling citizen of America are paid of around $12 to $14 per hour and they placed in a tiny cubicles for a long time for telesales work that they really have to finish in order for them to go out of work.
Most of the workforce who are qualified are given a chance to be flown in the country of India and that strategy is the same as what the Western countries have done. According to the experts that the trend of outsourcing has become widespread. It is expected to grow in just a couple of years. It will particularly be seen in the United States of America because of the Indian workforce who are demanding to have a high wages and who want a higher standards of living.
According to the Genpact chief executive Tyagarajan that the U.S will become the rapid growing outsourcing destination and they are expecting that it will continue for the next few years. Most of the companies are targeting the Manhattan in New York because of the high rate of unemployment especially among the African Americans. Most of the companies are opening their facilities in the U.S because they want to take advantage of the high unemployment rate in the nation.
The Aegis Communications, a Indian based company, has nine facilities in the United States. It has already hired 5,000 employees. They are anticipating that they will be employing 15,000 people. In the city of Lower Manhattan, the call center already hired a large number of African Americans with just a few qualifications. They want to hire U.S workers instead of local workers in India nearsourcing, diverse sourcing or cross-shoring. Most of the companies prefer to outsource in United States because of its lower labour costs that is the reason outsourcing has a positive impact and effect on the economy of United States.
