    India is Now Outsourcing Jobs to the U.S.

     

    Most of the companies in America is outsourcing their call centers to India where in the workforce will do their jobs at a fraction of the wage required of an American employee. Most of the American companies outsourced their work through the help of the companies such as Mumbai-based Aegis Communications.

    As the business expands, Indian outsourcing giants are searching for growth opportunities in the United States. The United States are order to limit its number of visas for visiting Indian workers. The US-based companies are outsourcing jobs to Indian companies and in return, they are outsourcing the jobs back to the United States and to the American workers.

    According to the Aegis’ website that almost all of its employees are American. It is not the broad majority Indian-based outsourcing companies. They are creating and building U.S facility, while they are doing this, they are also bringing Indian workers along with them on H-1B and L-1 visas that are made by the Immigration Act of 1990 which allows the workers to stay in the US for no longer than 6 years.

    The lawmakers are obliged the companies to hire American employees. But there are some companies are continuing to send Indian workers to the United States. According to the public, policy professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Ronil Hira, that there are almost 90% of Indian employees in the outsourcing companies in the U.S. Outsourcing is really incredible in such a way that it has the ability to provide more jobs for everyone. Outsourcing is the best strategy that a company must have and possess. This is really an incredible way to save more money.
