General Electronic Company is an American company and it is one of the leaders in outsourcing jobs. It has a head quarter in Connecticut, United States of America. The General Electronic will add more than 15,000 jobs in their workforce this year, that is according to Chief executive officer Jeffrey Immelt. About 1,100 will be just outside Detroit in a center for information technology, a field emblematic of outsourcing. As of now, the company has already hired almost 660 people in Michigan, they consider this place as a state in United States of America that has led America in a jobless status. According to Charlene Begley, the chief information technology officer, said that almost 50 percent of the Information Technology services were being done by those non-GE employees.
