The President of the United States, Mr. Barack Obama stated that he does not wish some United States firms to search for skilled and developed workers in China and India in areas such as science, technology and engineering. He added that in order to restrain that the president want to supply the teachers and schools the resources that they need to educate and support students in the United States.
After delivering the annual budget proposals for the fiscal year of 2013 to the Congress, Obama added that the employers nowadays are seeking for individuals who have great talent and skills. He does not want those skilled and educated workers to find in regions like India and China. He extremely emphasized that he wants companies to search those workers in the United States.
The Obama administration would give some incentives for those companies who prefer to generate jobs in the state, Obama said during his State of the Union address. As he discusses at a community college in a village there, he stated that the training and skills that employers are searching for starts with the women and men who educate the young ones. He wants the Congress to support the schools with some resources to possess good teachers on the job and gain the best.
Additional to that, the Congress should need to end the interest rates on student loans from growing this July, it is now time to arrange school more high-price for young individuals, and they can move instantly to make that innovation. They also need to support schools the flexibility to finish just teaching to the test and substitute teachers who are not doing their obligations to teach the children well, it is something that they need to find solutions.
President Barack Obama said that they also have to change the tuition tax credit that the administration assign in the budget within these last several years ago, these tax credits that rescues families thousands of dollars on their children’s tuition fee and they need to change it permanently, it should not be limited but rather it should be persistent and stable.
Within the growth they have rendered in Pell grants, the tax credits that keeps interest rates beneath, all over the region, millions of students have benefited from the tax. In previous years, the tuition increase has disappeared, Obama said. If they cannot control tuition from increasing, the funding they acquire in the taxpayers will reduce, as higher education cannot be a great pleasure. Every family in the United States should be able to sustain that as it is an economic necessity, the president also added that it is part of the United States’ affirmation throughout the new era.
