When Hurricane Boris winds down in the open waters of the Pacific Ocean,another tropical storm is spotted in the Pacific and it has been named as tropical storm Douglas. This Tropical Storm is the fourth named storm in the eastern Pacific season. The name Douglas has been used for several times and it has been used for five tropical cyclones or storms in the Eastern Pacific Ocean. It was formed yesterday, July 2, in the coast of Mexico with a maximum sustained winds of at least 40 miles per hour. Tropical Storm Douglas could possibly dump heavy rains in the different parts of southwestern coast of Mexico, between Cardenas and Puerto Vallarta. In the United States of America, the storm and hurricane watchers typically and usually monitor more closely the Atlantic basin because most of the destructive storms and hurricanes are more likely to form in that basin. The United States of America is always ready for the hurricane that may possibly hit them. That is a great characteristic that people must possess.
