    Sitel Adding 50 Positions to Corning, New York Customer Care Call Center

     

    Sitel is a U.S based company. It is the leading global process outsourcing provider. It has formally announced that it has a plan of expanding its Corning facility that is located at 101 Canada Road, New York. The outsourcing firm has began to hire 50 positions which can provide chat support for their clients including the global broadband and those of the telecommunication companies that have a website.

    According to the Sitel, they have provided a section for their trusted client’s telecommunication web site in order to get the voice of their customers and they want to ensure that they bring back a quality return to its customer’s investment as the concept of the web site continues to become the most preferred customer support destination.

    Sitel’s workforce is willing to dedicate their services to its clients and they are willing to provide a very hihg value and high quality services to its beloved customers. In fact, their call center agents will pay more attention on the client’s website. The reason why they are doing this is in order to be involved in its client’s web customers into the live chat channel in order to provide a rapid delivery in accordance to its contextual assistance.

    Sitel’s call center agents will focusing on its clients. They are doing this in order to their clients all the time especially if those clients need their services. The Sitel has a big growth in terms of the number of sales that they have per hour.
